Reporting to the Research Director, the ideal candidate is an expert in data driven analysis, well-versed in TV media and other related consumer research. This role goes beyond reporting data, you are someone who is a good “storyteller”, has the ability to analyze, interpret and visualize data with client needs in mind. You will work cross-functionally with Programming, Sales and Marketing. You are someone who has a high degree of flexibility, can operate effectively in a very fast moving environment, and has a strong ability to multi-task and meet tight timelines.
|•||Analysing TV measurement ratings for South East Asia for an in-depth understanding of viewership patterns and program demographic, understand competitor channels and market influences and their impact on the A+E Networks Channel feeds - identifying weaknesses & opportunities in the television schedules of our channels|
|•||You will leverage TAM research and other analytics to create strategic and customized presentations which are both informative and visually compelling.|
|•||Curate data, build and improve on data analysis to uncover content and audience insights.|
|•||Maintain key tracking and trending reports on a weekly, monthly and quarterly basis. Ensure that research reporting is consistent, clear, accurate, relevant, insightful and timely.|

Head of Creative Services
As the pay-TV ecosystem constantly evolves towards digital delivery and consumption, traditional broadcasters are redefining their value proposition to consumers. Short-form content is becoming increasingly relevant in this context. Not just as promotional material for shows, but as standalone pieces of content that can be consumed and shared across social, mobile and traditional broadcast media. A+E Networks Asia is looking for a dynamic and passionate Head of Creative Services to take our brands forward and create award-winning short form content.
You are a senior executive with the creative chops to inspire, lead, and oversee the creative efforts for A+E brands across all platforms.
You will lead a team of creative producers to develop innovative & compelling short form content for both our brands and our client brands.
You are brimming with strategies and ideas that influence consumer behavior and increase viewership, while building digital and linear brand stickiness.
You will work closely with the digital strategy, marketing, advertising sales, partnerships and distribution teams to firmly drive brand equity, develop brand partnerships, and build exciting opportunities for new revenue.
You will lead ideation for sponsor pitches, integration and partnerships.

Executive, Channel Operations & Network Presentation
Reporting to the Head of Operations, you will be responsible for coordinating all aspects of the media operations, including those with external parties, ensuring timely readiness of the content for broadcast on the channels and other identified platforms. You will also ensure output of the channel conforms to the on-air guidelines defined for that channel.
You are someone who has a high degree of flexibility, can operate effectively in a very fast moving environment and has a strong ability to multi-task under minimal supervision. You must be able to prioritize multiple assignments and have an understanding of how to best assimilate in a new group. You take initiative, works extremely well with other people, can work autonomously, and are interested in growth.
|•||Manage and maintain the delivery of programs from the assigned group of suppliers|
|•||Upkeep the metadata and related records of such media and maintain file delivery systems (including Aspera, Signiant, etc)|
|•||Coordinate post program receipt activities amongst the Channel Services provider, the OAP and Programming teams, ensuring programs are available, per the required timelines, in a suitable form for further processes to take place (QC, Compliance editing, language subtitling/dubbing) by the Channel Services provider, subtitling/dubbing vendors and promo production by the OAP team|
|•||Coordinate program compliance activities across the assigned on-air channels to ensure that all broadcasted programming is made compliant, suitable for broadcast and ready for languaging activities where required|
|•||Manage and coordinate the language subtitling and dubbing requirements for the assigned on-air channels, ensuring that the assigned channels for A+E Networks Asia contain the required language subtitles and dubs targeted for the various markets of such channels, as per the business requirements|
|•||Ensure expenses against such work orders are checked, verified and in order|
|•||Manage the monthly deliveries of VOD & Catch Up titles to the participating affiliates to ensure accurate and timely delivery of all identified titles so that they are available to viewers of the participating Affiliates' cable/IPTV systems|
|•||Manage monthly cross-channel promos for all channels that are to be distributed to affiliates, ensuring the identified monthly promos for all channels are delivered to the affiliates in a timely fashion so that the affiliates can air them on their cable/IPTV platforms|
|•||Ensure transmission logs produced by the Channel Services provider comply with the priorities and on-air guidelines defined for that channel, delivering the intended experience to the viewers|
|•||Maintain quality of the channels and ensure its presentation is kept to high standards by following up on transmission matters reported on the assigned channels|

Manager, Financial Planning & Analysis / Senior Finance Analyst
The individual will report to the Regional Head of Finance and be involved in the Company's financial quarterly forecast, annual budgeting process, operating plan variance analysis and ad hoc projects/initiatives. He/she will play an important role in providing consultative and strategic support to senior management including preparing business review materials, financial presentations, capital/operating expenditure analysis, , content acquisition analysis and other projects requested by senior management.
|•||Provide support and Manage the compilation and analysis of the Budget, Quarterly Forecast, Long Range Plan|
|•||Perform analyses on the Quarterly and Monthly Financials, identify and explain key performance variances, providing useful interpretation and insight to ensure complete understanding of the financials|
|•||Carry out analyses of current and past trends of the key performance indicators across all revenue streams, including programming costs and operating expenses, highlighting trends and analyzing the cause of any unexpected variance|
|•||Support in the improvement of the Company's performance by evaluating processes to drive efficiencies and review ROI in content creation/acquisitions, marketing campaigns, as well as new and special projects|
|•||Prepare, analyze and distribute monthly management reports to the various departments/cost centers to compare financial performance against planned objectives|
